    Moneris Field Services continues to serve Canadian businesses, providing support beyond payment terminals, to include lottery and gaming, transit and unattended, and other emerging technologies.
  • 2008

    Moneris

    Moneris acquires Keycorp as the servicing arm for its payment and commerce solutions. Moneris Field Services is born
  • 2006

    Keycorp

    Optimal is acquired by Keycorp, whose key focus is payment processing and repair of payment terminals.
  • 2003

    Optimal

    RBA is acquired by Optimal and pivots its focus to on on-site services and supporting emerging technologies, like self-checkout.
  • 2000

    RBA + Moneris

    RBA participates in the activation of Moneris by transferring its existing contracts with RBC & BMO, to a single agreement with Moneris.
  • 1994

    RBA

    RBA extends its services to the world of lottery & gaming.
  • 1986

    RBA

    RBA signs its first of multiple national banking terminal support contracts.

    Richard Besner creates RBA, a national on-site maintenance organization for mainframe computers & peripherals.

Maria brings over 25 years of experience in purchasing, optimizing logistics, managing vendor relationships, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. She’s equally passionate about each stage of the supply chain.

Since the 1990s, Normand has been a key player in the field services industry—he even helped launch MFS. Today, he uses his skills and talent for relationship management to lead MFS’ dynamic sales team.
